Joshua A.G. DeSilva, President, DMCP Josh was raised on Maui and has the relationships and key insider knowledge to open the right doors and roll out the red carpet. Josh has worked in the DMC industry for 25 years and in the hospitality business for over 30 years. His passion for and knowledge of the islands is complimented by his dedication to ensuring the success of each and every program. The importance of listening to his customers and delivering on promises is paramount.



Whitney Niemi, CMP, Vice President, Sales & Operations Whitney is one of the best in the business here in the islands with over 12 years of experience operating programs. She’s known for her love of checklists and excel spreadsheets.  She was raised on Maui and takes great pride in her work.




Lauren Otomo Manuel, Account Executive Born and raised on Maui, Lauren loves to showcase all things that are truly unique to Hawai’i.  After almost 10 years at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows, Lauren brought her wedding, catering and group sales experience to her role as a DMC Account Executive.  Lauren is based on Hawai’i Island and will work with clients throughout the state to help bring their vision of the perfect Hawaiian program to life.



LeeMyra Quebral, Senior Sales & Events Coordinator LeeMyra joined the DeSilva DMC team in 2013 when she moved back home to Maui after her 18-year hiatus of living on Oahu. She has been the resident epicure and food photographer ever since.  LeeMyra embraces the diversity and splendor of Hawaii and enjoys sharing the same Aloha with our clients that have always been shown to her.



Chloe Jones, Sales Coordinator Chloe came to DeSilva DMC after 8 years in Los Angeles as a production manager in Reality TV. Having come to Hawaii to film a show on Lana’i, she fell in love with the islands and ultimately made Maui her home.  Her ability to work well under pressure and quickly adapt to the fluid world that is destination management has proven to be a great asset to the office and ultimately our customers.



Tracy “TJ” Greig, Senior Account Manager Meticulous, timely, honest, empathetic, and “on it” – are some of the adjectives that describe TJ.  Twenty-five years of hospitality experience has taught her to get the job done right the first time. “Show them what they love to see and keep them wanting more. They’ll be back!” Born and raised here on Maui, she enjoys sharing her “manao” (knowledge) and the “olelo” (language) of her Hawaiian ancestry with visitors and clients alike.



January Asbury, Financial Controller January is a native of North Carolina, yet has called Maui her home since 2005. January is passionate in her role at DMC where she handles multiple aspects of human resources, purchasing, accounting, research costing, and onsite preparations.
